Jared Herzog, who recently competed on the hit television show, The Voice, will be performing a series of live shows at Ara Rooftop and Pool Lounge at Hotel Effie Sandestin on March 23rd and 30th starting at 7 p.m. Herzog, a South Walton local originally from 30A, has gained national acclaim with his unique twist on pop-soul music. He rose to fame after his appearance on the hit television program, The Voice, starring John Legend, Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton and Kelly Clarkson. He recently released his single, “Waking Up.” He will perform live at Hotel Effie this month at the Ara Rooftop and Pool Lounge, the only rooftop pool bar on Florida’s Emerald Coast boasting panoramic views of the Choctawhatchee Bay and the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Throughout the evening, Ara will serve a menu of tropical cocktails and light bites. The rooftop includes life-size board games and Instagrammable moments, including a hand-painted mural by a local artist. Hotel Effie is the newest property at The Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, located on 2,400 acres of scenic beachfront and bayfront. The property is home to three culinary outlets by celebrity Chef Hugh Acheson, who has been featured on BravoTV’s “Top Chef” and has been awarded with two James Beard awards.
