Discover endless health benefits through XPT’s Performance Breathing which enables you to tap into the immense capacity of your breath. Our water-based workouts will push human physiology and encourage essential adaptation by challenging your breathing capacity under fatigue. The XPT hypothermic training system will turn up your furnace internally with heat application followed by cold therapy in cryotherapy. This contrast therapy will improve your cardiovascular, endocrine, and muscular system regulation.
