Launch into 2020 with new connections, friends and opportunities! Join us for the official kick-off event for Young Professionals of Destin on Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2020, at Brotula’s Seafood House & Steamer on the Destin Harbor. The event will begin at 5:30 p.m., with guests being divided into two teams, and speed networking will begin at 5:45 p.m. Bring plenty of business cards and get excited to personally meet every attendee at this happy hour style event. Entry fee is $5 for those who are employed by a business that is a member of the Destin Chamber, or $10 for non-members. Cash is required at the door. An additional membership to YP is not required at this time.

Attendees will enjoy their first house cocktail, wine or beer complimentary, followed by special happy hour pricing on drinks and appetizers. Brotula’s happy hour specials include half off well cocktails, as well as half off house wines and domestic drafts until 6 p.m. Wine down Wednesday begins at 6 p.m. and includes 1/2 house wines by the glass and 15% off all bottles.  Select appetizers will be offered half off including mama’s garlic bread, fried pickles, loaded chips, pretzels and smoked tuna dip.

In efforts to support local causes, YP Destin is encouraging attendees to bring laundry detergent (powder, packets or liquid) to the event to donate to Shelter House, the local domestic violence and sexual assault center.
